Description:
We will perform a major system upgrade on the OpenStack Compute Service (Nova) in the ch-north-01 Region.

Impact:
At the beginning of the upgrade, a version mismatch on API microversions may occur because the upgrade is rolled out serially across our controller infrastructure

During the upgrade window, failed requests may occur due to service restarts

Only loss-of-control impact expected — no impact on existing VMs
